How it works
Bid at auction or buy at a fixed price. Either way, you see the documents first and complete the transfer at the Dubai Land Department.
Buying at auction

Upload your Emirates ID or passport. Most checks finish within one working day.
Pay a refundable bid security

Bid live
Place bids as the clock runs. A late bid adds time, so nobody wins in the last second.
Pay and transfer

If you win
- 1.We send the purchase agreement and invoices to your account.
- 2.Pay the buyer’s fee and a 10% reservation deposit. Your EUR 1,000 bid security counts towards the deposit.

If you don’t win
Your bid security is refunded in full within 3 to 5 business days.
Flash auctions
Some lots sell in a short window of 5 to 60 minutes. A bid in the final minute adds a minute, so everyone can respond. The rules and fees are the same as any other auction.
